Aesthetics Beautician

We are looking for a new Aesthetic beautician to join our growing team at Brentwood. An exciting opportunity has arose at Cryo Wellness that strives to give the best possible service to our clients.

We are looking for a professional and experienced beautician which specialises in the following; Laser hair removal using the latest Soprano Titanium technology. Facials using our ZO skin health range Fat removal using Lipo freeze, Cryoskin. Massages Microneedling Cryopen

Cryo Wellness also specialises in providing whole body Cryotherapy and local Cryotherapy treatments for sports, fitness, anti-ageing, beauty and pain management.

The successful candidate will possess experience at NVQ level 3 in Beauty therapy and have minimum 12 months experience with hair laser removal and previous experience in fat freezing (cryolipolysis). Training in our specialised Cryotherapy equipment will be provided.

POSITION: Full Time (35 – 40 hrs week – Saturday’s included)

SALARY: TBC + Commission

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, professional and courteous service
• To understand and communicate to clients general cryotherapy physiological benefits and outcomes – training to be provided.
• Follow safety policy enforcement guidelines
• Provide precise and thorough cryotherapy treatments and procedures to customers including facials, massages hair removal and lipo freeze
• Maintain confidentiality of and update client records (contact details and treatment)
• Manage our ZO skin Health range
• Ensure working area is clean and equipment sterilised at all times
• Keep track of levels of stock required for treatments

Requirements

• Minimum qualification NVQ3 or equivalent with proven work experience
• Strong sales experience and commercial awareness.
• Be passionate about achieving results.
• Good team player, committed, flexible, presentable, conscientious and reliable.
• Available some evenings and weekends to accommodate client appointments
• Display a friendly and professional manner and be able to communicate effectively with clients, management and co-workers.
• Provide clear, accurate feedback from customers and suppliers in order to improve the costumer experience and service levels of Cryo Wellness
• Excellent organisational skills
• 12 months experience with hair laser removal
• 12 months experience with fat freezing (cryolipolysis)

Expected start date: 04/01/2021

Experience:

• Fat freezing (cryolipolysis): 1 year (Preferred)
