VIOLETTA’S HAIR, NAILS & BEAUTY SALON has an opportunity for a Fully Qualified Hairdresser to join our organic salon in Richmond, London.

We are a professional, elegant, colourful natural, organic, vegan hair salon.

This opportunity is for someone who is wanting to learn about new colouring systems, grow its Instagram profile, and contribute to creating an eco-friendly community.

With the evolution of the salon, there will be opportunities for everyone joining the team, e.g. manager and social media roles.

Clientele waiting – Preferably, we are looking for someone with an existing clientele in the area but not necessary as we have our own clients.

Opportunities:
-Commission split: 20% of commission after passing monthly target, and 10% on retail targets goes up to 20%
-Training on natural and organic products.
-The great work environment in a sustainable and high-end salon.
-Training on organic products.

You need:
-Right to work in UK
-Self-employed
-Training certificate
-Equipment (hairdryer, brushes, trimmer, scissors, straightener etc)

-Ability to interact with guests and other staff in a caring and professional manner
-Well-groomed and well presented
-Excellent communication skills
-Possess honesty and integrity
-Reliable and punctual
-You work well with others and in a team environment
-Have at least 5 years of experience
-Have an exciting client base
-Master hair cut & colour techniques
-Provide excellent customer service
-Be willing to learn about new techniques and new products
-Be interested in all things organic, sustainable and ethical
-Be professional, motivated and have an uplifting positive personality
