What can you expect in this role?

As a nail technician, you will be working as part of a passionately skilled team of professionally-trained therapists, tailoring treatments to make each guest’s experience extra special. Queen B offers a wide range of professional treatments designed to help guests relax and feel revitalized.

You’ll get to work in beautiful luxurious surroundings in a busy environment delivering an amazing end-to-end client experience, interacting with our guests from reception through to the treatment, and guiding guests towards the right products to buy and take home. As an expert, you’ll be able to help shape, guide, and identify any improvements to the salon making our guests feel welcome and want to come back again and again.

What do you need?

Our focus is to always deliver excellent customer service and to provide a great experience for our guests.
This is achieved through each therapist being motivated, creative, and working together as a team.

We want our guests to feel relaxed and revitalised when they visit and that any interactions prior to and during their visit go smoothly, so excellent customer service skills are required.

Skills

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
At least 2 years of salon experience
Precise painting and shaping of the natural nail
An excellent understanding of nail care and how to look after your nails.
Soft gel experience (preferably Gelish)
French polish and nail art are preferred but not essential
Nail repairs and nail strengthening knowledge
IBX experiences an advantage
Foot care experience and an understanding of foot health (Footlogix trained, an advantage)
Excellent client care and service
A positive and friendly attitude at all times
Organised and a strong ability to keep to treatment timings

Duties

Perform all related treatments to perfection every time and on time.
Deliver impeccable service to all guests and create ongoing relationships
Maintain a clean work space and understand correct hygiene protocols
