Senior Hairdresser

We an opportunity for a Fully Qualified Male/Female Hairdresser to join our organic salon in East Sheen, Richmond- SW14 7JG.

We are a professional, elegant, colourful natural, organic, plant-based unisex hair salon.

This opportunity is for someone who is would like to learn about organic colouring systems, grow its Instagram profile, and contribute to creating an eco-friendly community.

With the evolution of the salon, there will be opportunities for everyone joining the team, e.g. manager and social media roles.

Clientele waiting – Preferably, we are looking for someone with an existing clientele in the area but not necessary.

Opportunities:
Commission split: fixed basic salary followed by commission up to 30 per cent share in profit. All depends on your skills and ability to make clients by providing excellent customer services.
10% per cent standard commission on retail products increased to 20% on achievable targets.
Training on natural and organic products.
Percentage of returning customers.

You need:

Right to work in the UK
Be self-employed
Training certificate
Equipment (hairdryer, brushes, trimmer, scissors, straightener etc)

Essential Attributes:

Have at least 5 years of experience
Master hair cut & colour techniques in both males and females
