What will I achieve?
When you graduate, you’ll receive an internationally recognised Level 3 Certificate in Cyber Security Practices(VRQ) (603/5762/9) qualification, certified by NCFE. The qualification is full and relevant. It is listed on the Ofqual’s Register of Regulated Qualifications, you can check it out here: http://register.ofqual.gov.uk.
You can work in the growing and in-demand field of Cyber Security, for example as a cyber security-related software and website maintenance personnel, as a system and network technician, a freelance cyber security expert, and an Information and Communications Technology customer service assistant in office (face-to-face or online) settings.

How long is the course?
You can graduate by attending the 10-week course for one whole day or two evenings a week. This is your fast track way to launch a new career. You NEED to have an interest and passion in information technology and commit to practising the knowledge and skills that you have acquired in this course during your spare time, to fully benefit from the quick pace.
How will I learn?
You will be tutored by an Information and Communication Technology practitioner, specifically a Cyber Security Practices professional. They will guide you through lessons and push you to reach your goals. You will be assessed on your theory and practical skills through various assignments – this will ensure that you fully understand the lessons.
Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, you will learn the theory and practical skills for this course through online live sessions using Zoom application.

How to pay for the course:
The total cost of the course is £941, but you may be eligible for free funding if:
*You are aged 24 years old before the course starts.
*This is your FIRST Level 3 qualification / Prior attainment is below full L3
*You live in the Greater London area
*You have a full L3, and it was gained before 01/04/2021; eligible if you are earning below low wage (£23k), unemployed in a recipe of a benefit (UC, ESA, JSA) or just unemployed and not receiving benefits
*You are 19 to 23 years old and have an L3 qualification achieved.
The funding is not dependent on income but remember that to get the free funding, this course should be your first Level 3 qualification. Moreover, your post code will be checked upon registration to verify your residency.
