Additionally, I assess their work, ensuring it aligns with industry standards. As an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), I oversee the assessment process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. I collaborate closely with colleagues to refine curriculum and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our students receive the best education possible.

When you're not working, what activities or hobbies do you enjoy most?

Outside of work, I'm an ardent advocate for self-expression through makeup and often experiment with different looks myself. I also enjoy attending makeup-related events, networking with fellow professionals, and staying connected with the makeup community. In my downtime, I relish moments of relaxation with a good book or spending quality time with loved ones, allowing me to recharge and bring my best self to my students and the art of makeup.
