What makes me, me?

Growing up in poverty makes me strive and work harder. Supporting my education to reach my dreams makes me see life in different ways. My personal experiences, both the joyful and the challenging, have sculpted my beliefs, values, and perspectives. They've taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of personal growth.

Tell me about your role at CPBA. What does a typical day look like for you?

I am a Learner Support Officer who assists learners to successfully enroll on their chosen course and have a seamless transaction. My typical day is calling learners as soon as they arrive in our CRM, making call appointments if necessary, giving advice and guidance about their chosen course and leading them to be successfully enrolled in our program.

What's the standout highlight of your experience working at CPBA?

Talking to different people helps me improve my communication skills and self-confidence. Delivering customer satisfaction is the highlight of my working experience at CPBA, it boosts my morale as a person and as an employee.

What skills do you bring to the table in your job?

Positive attitude, teamwork and consistency. I see challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles. I can embrace changes and adapt to new situations and requirements. I provide consistent responses regardless of the time or the volume of learners, and queries, ensuring reliability in delivering information.

When you're not working, what activities or hobbies do you enjoy most?

I am a working mom, a mother and a wife. Most of the time during my day off, I spent my days doing household chores. Making sure that I can still do my responsibility as a mother to my 2 sons and giving them the support they need whether about school or well-being. Thinking I can do both work and be a mom makes me happy.
