What makes me, me?

When asked what makes me, the answer is simple: I am a product of my experiences. My life is filled with memories and moments that have shaped me into the person I am today. I have been shaped by my upbringing, my education, my relationships, my failures and successes, my joys and sorrows, and my thoughts and beliefs. My upbringing has had a profound impact on my life. I was raised by loving and supportive parents who instilled in me the importance of hard work and perseverance. They taught me to be open-minded, to think outside the box, and to never give up. They also taught me the value of compassion and kindness.

Tell me about your role at CPBA. What does a typical day look like for you?

As a Learner Support Officer at CPBA / Trade Academy, my role involves providing support to our learners in a range of ways. This includes helping them in registering in the course they preferred from the initial assessment, application forms and requirements, and addressing any other needs they may have. A typical day in my role as a Learner Support Officer begins with checking my emails and responding to any queries that have been sent in overnight. I then go through the daily leads in the CRM, getting as many as I can, calling the leads informing the learners the course information and processing their application forms. I then check if any of the students have any queries or problems that need to be addressed and provide support accordingly.
