What makes me, me?

What makes me me is my personality and the way I think, feel, and perceive the world around me. My experiences, both positive and negative, have shaped me into the person I am today. And also, my relationships and connections with family, friends, and loved ones play an important role in shaping my identity. The bonds I share with them, the memories we create, and the support they provide all contribute to who I am.

Tell me about your role at CPBA. What does a typical day look like for you?

As a Learner Support Officer and part of the recruitment team, I always start my day at work with a positive attitude so I can share the same energy with my colleagues and also with the learners that I am communicating with. Once I sit at my workstation, no one in our house can bother me because I am very attentive and focused on what I am doing. I need to get leads in the CRM, call the learners, and invite them to register. Most of the time, they won't be able to answer my calls. That's why I have learners that I need to follow up with every day. Days at work can be very busy and stressful sometimes, but I am grateful that I have this job that can provide for my needs and especially the needs of my family.

What's the standout highlight of your experience working at CPBA?

For me, it is the lessons I learn every day working with the team. It allows me to enhance my skills, and it also helps a lot in the sense of pride and fulfillment I feel when I see how my contributions positively impact the team's success.

What skills do you bring to the table in your job?

One of the skills I bring to the table is my exceptional organization and time management. I understand the importance of maintaining a well-structured and efficient workflow, which is essential for managing tasks and responsibilities effectively in a virtual environment. My organizational and time management skills are instrumental in increasing productivity and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

When you're not working, what activities or hobbies do you enjoy most?

When I'm not working, I enjoy staying at home and crocheting all day. It is my favorite thing to do, and it makes me feel relaxed. Crocheting is a hobby that brings together my love for creativity, relaxation, and personal growth. Out of all my hobbies, crocheting holds a special place in my heart for its ability to bring joy, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment into my life. I find a sense of fulfillment in each stitch that I make.
