Tell me about your role at CPBA. What does a typical day look like for you?
My role at CPBA is variable. I plan and teach. No day is the same, i teach most days, mark work, plan documents and resources, liaise with managers and learners, attend meetings.
What's the standout highlight of your experience working at CPBA?
What has stood out for me is how we work together as a team. That is what keeps everyone going and motivated.
What skills do you bring to the table in your job?
my skills are my experience of learners, being in a classroom as well as working virtually with a variety of learners with all different needs.
When you're not working, what activities or hobbies do you enjoy most?
ending time with my family, I visit the gym daily, I like gardening
