Tell me about your role at CPBA. What does a typical day look like for you?
As an Apprenticeships Advisor, my role is coordinating between learners and employers by placing suitable learners with potential employers. My typical day starts with the following up emails and calls to the learners and employers, then I look over my to-do list and get started on finding new employers for my learners of different sectors like Dental, Business admin and Early years. I feel challenging and motivating while chasing potential employers to place my learners to reach my targets.
