Work placements are treated as an extended interview process – it’s a chance for salon managers to get a real feel for how a you perform within a practical environment, as well as ensure that you fit the company’s culture. At the end of the placement, the employer is free to make the candidate a formal offer of permanent or contract employment. This unique approach to recruitment acts as a trial and minimises the risk of recruitment to both candidates and clients.
